Make Muskingum Home

The Make Muskingum Home program, designed in partnership by The Muskingum County Community Foundation and the J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation, is an incentive program designed to attract college graduates to Muskingum County, Ohio following graduation. Through a collaborative effort, the Make Muskingum Home program aims to:

  • Increase Muskingum County's tax base and local economy.
  • Reduce current Muskingum County outbound commuters.
  • Combat Muskingum County's population decline trend.
  • Increase educational attainment in Muskingum County.

The Make Muskingum Home program is made possible by the generosity of the Muskingum County Community Foundation and the J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation.
