The Make Muskingum Home program, designed in partnership by The Muskingum County Community Foundation and the J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation, is an incentive program designed to attract college graduates to Muskingum County, Ohio following graduation.

Employers must have a significant presence in Muskingum County. If your employer is physically located in Muskingum County and you work remotely in Muskingum County, you are eligible. If your employer is physically located outside of Muskingum County, you are not eligible.

No. Student loan repayment is for qualifying federal student loan debt only.

Yes! The program will consider applications from all post-secondary institutions, including trade schools.

No. Eligible applicants must have graduated from a post-secondary program.

No. You must reside in Muskingum County.

Yes. Currently, federal tax law considers post-graduation scholarships taxable income.

No. All ages are welcome to apply, however, non-resident applicants must have graduated from post-secondary institutions within the last seven years OR be current residents of Muskingum County who have graduated from post-secondary institutions within the last three years.
