General Information
Make Muskingum Home, a post-graduation scholarship program designed to retain and attract a talented workforce to Muskingum County officially launched with the first application cycle and awards in 2022. The awards – up to $50,000 over five years per awardee – will go to the graduate’s loan provider in an installment plan administered by The Muskingum County Community Foundation.
Candidate criteria include:
- Award winners must live in Muskingum County and must work for an employer that has a significant presence in Muskingum County
- Award winners must have graduated from college/post-secondary training within the last seven years OR be current residents of Muskingum County who have graduated from college/post-secondary training within the last three years
- Non-residents accepted into the program must relocate to Muskingum County within 90 days
Application now closed. Applications for the Class of 2027 will open fall 2026.
